Response window is 24/7.

Support is based on having remote access to the system by a dedicated ISDN connection and
a backup analog line.  If the client can provide network access as an additional backup to
the phone lines it is preferable.

Response time is 4 hours via remote access.
Response time is 8 hours onsite.
