Monitoring is provided by Micro-line 24/7.

Monitoring is preformed primarily over a dedicated ISDN circuit, it is preferable if the
client can provide an outgoing SMTP connection as a backup.

Micro-line will monitor all equipment supplied by Micro-line and initiate support and/or
service calls when required.

Micro-line will monitor client and third party, circuits and equipment where and when
possible.  This would include TSX Feeds, Telco routers and circuits, and communication to
client demarcation points.  Notification would be forwarded to the appropriate predefined

Micro-line will notify and followup with the TSX and Telcos on outages unless the client
prefers to have their own staff deal with these problems.
